1 pumpkin paulistinha average pitted cut in cubes and steamed
1/2 cup (tea) coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 medium shredded garlic cloves
Salt, fresh herbs, cinnamon and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Beat the cooked pumpkin with the garlic and the seasonings. In a saucepan, combine the beaten pumpkin with half a cup of coconut milk and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about five minutes, until it loosens from the bottom of the pan. If you want a special flavor, add fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary and sage.
