Ingredients:

5 apples
5 peaches or nectarines
3 1/2 tablespoons demerara or refined sugar (to caramelize only the apples, use 2 1/2 tablespoons)
3 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter (to caramelize only the apples, use 2 1/2 tablespoons)
cinnamon to taste (apples only)
5 plums
2 hands full of grapes (about 800g)
1 hand full of cherries
mint leaves or basil to decorate

Method of preparation:

Peel apples and cut into slices (each apple gives 8 to 10 buds). On medium heat, melt the coconut oil or the butter in a frying pan and place the buds side by side, one layer at a time, preferably. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Once you have formed a thin dark golden shell, turn the knobs and let the other side brown. Remove the apples and repeat the process by making only one layer at a time.

The same can be done with peaches or nectarines. Wash, dry and cut the other fruits if necessary. After the caramelized fruits have cooled, add all the ingredients and garnish with mint or basil leaves.
